In the run up to the General election, the economy is a topic that is always near the top of the political agenda. How much money we have or don’t have is critically important to our lives. Yet, it may not be THE most important issue right now. This week we feature a video interview with Dr Arthur Brooks who talks about ‘the Economics of the Heart’. His theory is that though the economy is important, alone it is not going to save us. It never will. It can make things better, but we have to do serious work of the heart first.
