Fr. Brian Fitzpatrick, from a young age, harbored a deep passion for science and math, envisioning a career in pharmacy or medicine. Despite initially pursuing medicine and securing a place in medical school, the thought of priesthood lingered in his mind, although he wasn't prepared to embrace celibacy at the time. However, while happily practicing as a doctor, he sensed a persistent calling towards something greater, prompting him to seriously consider the path that God might be guiding him towards.
