Last Friday, 2nd February, was 'World Day for Consecrated Life'. It was a day to celebrate all the religious sisters, brothers and priests for their contribution to the life of the Church and the world. During the week, we caught up with Sr Geraldine Fitzpatrick, the Congregational Leader of the Sisters of St John of God, who have made such a lasting contribution to the people of the diocese of Ferns, especially in the areas of health care and education, for over 150 years. In the interview, Sr Geraldine talks about her own faith journey, her vocation and what it means to be a religious today.
