VOCATIONS DISCERNMENT DAY - 12TH OCTOBER 2024, UCD

In an ordination homily during the summer, Archbishop Francis Duffy said that 'There has never been a better time to be a diocesan priest in Ireland'. We could ask the question 'why?' Is there still something beautiful about a life completely dedicated to God and service of his people? In this a time to lead and be part of a renewed Irish Church being born? These questions and more will be explored in a 'Vocations Discernment Day' taking place on Saturday 12th October at University College Dublin, from 11am to 5pm. It is a chance for people who are discerning their futures to know more about what the life of a priest entails. It is a chance to meet with priests and seminarians who will be present to talk about these questions together.

The venue of UCD is significant for it is a place where thousands of young people discern their futures in the fields of employment and education. To know more, please see the poster below and go directly to www.vocations.ie/exploring to book a place.
