This week we are blessed to speak with Fr Richard Gibbons, Parish priest of Knock, Co. Mayo. On a recent visit to Knock, we met Fr Richard and spoke to him about the visit of Pope Francis this Sunday 26th August. The Pope will spend 90 minutes in Knock before returning to Dublin for Mass in the Phoenix Park. We also spoke to Fr Richard about his work in Knock Shrine including the refurbishment of the Basilica and the installation of the beautiful mosaic of the apparition of Our Lady in 1879.
