CHRISTIAN UNITY WEEK - 18TH T0 25TH JANUARY 2024

This year’s Week of Prayer for Christian Unity starts today, Thursday 18 January to 25 January, the octave of Saint Peter and Saint Paul.  The chosen theme for 2024 focuses on the parable of the Good Samaritan with its call to ‘love the Lord your God … and your neighbour as yourself’ (Lk 10:27).  Christians from the Catholic Archdiocese of Ouagadougou, Protestant Churches, and ecumenical bodies in Burkina Faso collaborated generously in drafting the prayers and reflections for this year’s Week of Prayer.  Access prayer resources can be found at https://ctbi.org.uk/week-of-prayer-for-christian-unity-2024/
