JESUIT APPEAL FOR HELP FOR LEBANON

“We’ve been living a war.” That’s how Michael Petro describes the situation in Beirut right now. Families have been forced to flee their homes due to bombing and airstrikes. Many have nowhere to go. At St Joseph Church, more than 170 people—mostly migrant workers and refugees—have taken shelter there, with numbers expected to rise. Children are playing in the parking lot, while drones and fighter jets pass overhead. This Jesuit church has become a place of safety—but resources are stretched, and the needs are urgent.
Your support today can help provide:
• Emergency shelter
• Food and essential supplies
• Safety for families with nowhere else to turn
Michael and his team are doing everything they can. Now they need your help. Please give what you can today. Thank you for standing with families in crisis.
